Before the sexing scan…

3 December 2009 No Comment

How excited am I? We’ve started to put up the Christmas decorations, we’re taking Alfie to see Father Christmas on Saturday and to top it all off it’s the 20 week scan tomorrow.

Putting the Christmas decorations up seems to come around really quickly. It doesn’t seem like a year since we were getting all the boxes out, re-arranging the furniture and dressing the tree – but it was. Where does the time go? In all honesty this year has been somewhat eventful and I think that always seems to make time pass quickly.

Alfie is going to love Christmas this year. Last year he was too small to know what was going on and I think I was more excited than he was but this year he will be a lot more knowing of his surroundings. He saw the Christmas lights in my parents house tonight and I’m not sure what lit up more……the decorations or his glowing little face. He was fascinated by it all.

….Mmmmmm still thinking ……………

…….stay with me, I’ll decide in a minute………………….

……I think it’s going to be a boy.

Well, like I’ve said before, it doesn’t really matter whether it’s a boy or a girl. Either way I’m excited by the prospect of having another bundle of joy to love and care for.
