Or how to dislodge something stuck in her throat? Just as important, would the person looking after your child know what to do? It’s a tough call and hopefully one that as a parent you will never have to deal with. Much more common though are the smaller incidents which happen.

The great debate surrounding nappies focuses on whether its better to use disposable ones or re-usable ones.
Here Superdads offers you their opinion.

Vaccinations
Vaccinations can offer additional protection against numerous serious illnesses and not only should you make sure they receive all the necessary jabs but that you ensure that they are logged in your childs health record book. Immunisation injections given at a health clinic or within a school are not always added to the child’s notes held by their Doctor so it is essential that you keep the record up to date and in a ...

Sleepness nights can be tolerated and even enjoyed at first but sleep deprivation can be torture.
The pressure to have a child that sleeps well at night can often be heightened by family and friends. A common question from people is ‘How do they sleep?’ or ‘Are they sleeping through yet?’. Even though the question is well intentioned it can create feelings of inadequacy if your child does not sleep for long stretches at night.

Being a good dad is admirable but being a good step dad takes someone special…
The title “Stepfather” comes from the time when a man “Stepped” into the role of dad following the death of the biological father.
