We have decided that in the next few days we will tell our siblings that we are expecting our second child.

We will proudly announce that we are to make them Aunts and Uncles again. As we consider the way we are going to let them in on our fantastic news we also ponder the response that we will get. I expect the reaction will probably be something along the lines of excitement and happiness.

On the subject of peoples reactions though I wonder how many times we will hear the following, “….about time you had another one” or “……I knew it – I knew you were having a baby.” The latter response always fills me with confusion. It appears some people know you’re going to be a parent before you do. Maybe Mystic Meg really can predict the lottery numbers.
